Antler Hill Forge began in a dirt floor barn deep in a holler of central Missouri on a cold December day. The founder, Chuck Stroup, had always wanted to learn how to make knives. His wife gave him an anvil she had gotten from her mother and he grabbed a hammer! The results are displayed in this website.
What we do
Antler Hill Forge creates hand forged one of a kind custom blades. Every blade is forged with a hammer on a 200 year old anvil. Each knife is individually forged and no two blades are identical. Most knives that we make are pre-ordered and made to the specifications of the customer. We do make knives for sale and we will post them in our shop when available.
